Key Autism Services is hiring bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your ABA career in a compassionate team.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification required
• Minimum 3 months ABA experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
