Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Experience working with children in educational or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to take initiative.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately collect data.
• Desire to help children grow in a supportive learning environment.
• Team player open to feedback and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Accurately record data on targeted behaviors and skills.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Participate in training and team meetings with supervising BCBA.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
