Job summary

ABS Kids in Temecula, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team. You will teach kids through play, follow a tailored treatment plan, observe and collect data, and help build essential life and communication skills.

We offer a set weekday schedule with guaranteed 30 hours after paid training and RBT certification, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, hourly pay $20.50–$24.50, full benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Paid prior experience working with kids preferred.
• Energetic, playful, and able to think on your feet.
• Desire to learn and provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids while playing and following a treatment plan.
• Observe, play and collect data to write progress notes.
• Help kids learn motor, social, emotional skills and more.
• Work on goals to turn challenging behaviors into communication.
