5th HQ is seeking a skilled Bilingual R&D Specialist to join our dynamic Research & Development team in the United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment, enjoys hands-on work, and has a strong interest in innovation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and testing new products while ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Lab experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses for product development.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Prepare samples, record data, and document findings accurately.
• Translate technical documents between English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a lab setting (R&D experience preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutica regulations, FDA, GMP, or ISO standards is a plus.
