Recent graduates with degrees in CS/IT/SE/IS are encouraged to apply. Depending on experience, title may be Project Coordinator. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year with benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Interest in project management, systems development, and IT solutions.
• Recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage business systems projects and internally developed systems.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development coordination, testing, delivery, implementation, and maintenance.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams in Japanese and English.
• Assist with business process improvement proposals and project planning.
• Identify issues, coordinate solutions, and help keep projects on schedule.
• Support the implementation, consulting, and ongoing support of business and core systems.
