Job summary

The Evans County Health Department is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in Claxton, GA, to support Southeast Health District programs and assist clients with health services. The role requires bilingual communication in Spanish or Haitian Creole and will serve the public in multiple program areas.

Under limited supervision, you will provide customer service, translate, and help with data collection and routine reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with clerical tasks and data entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information to clients across SEHD programs.
• Interpret and translate orally and in writing for clients in multiple program areas.
• Assist with researching, compiling, and analyzing program and operational data and prepare routine reports.
• Support daily office operations and travel between Evans County Health Department and Candler County Health Department as needed.
