Qualifications

• Must have a master's degree or higher in Psychology or a master's degree with 18 graduate level credits in relevant psychology/related fields.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (read/write/speak) is required.
• Experience with diverse instructional settings and curriculum development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and deliver instruction and teaching activities.
• Manage the classroom and laboratory.
• Develop and revise curriculum to maintain course effectiveness and oversee program evaluation.
• Coordinate with advisory committee and participate in department meetings.
• Promote MATC programs and recruit/retain students.
