Job summary

Admiral Communities seeks an experienced, hands-on Bilingual Property Manager to oversee Woodland Village in Columbia, Tennessee. This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to coordinate leasing, resident relations, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional verbal and written skills.
• Experience in property management, residential leasing, or similar housing operations.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with computers, property management software, and mobile apps.
• Ability to work on-site and conduct routine inspections.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, conduct tours, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Process applications and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain leasing records and follow up on leads.
• Maximize occupancy and manage rent collections.
• Communicate with residents in English and Spanish; resolve concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections with staff and contractors.
