Job summary

Maloney Properties in Boston, MA is seeking a dynamic Property Manager for a mixed-income family housing community in Charlestown. Hours are 8:00-4:00 or 9:00-5:00, Monday–Friday, reporting to the Multi-Site Property Manager and Portfolio Director.

You will oversee leasing, recertifications, rent collections, legal matters, inspections, and turnovers. The ideal candidate has 2 years of Property Manager experience, Section 8/LIHTC knowledge, COS/CPO/C3P certifications preferred, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience at the Property Manager level or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC program administration is required.
• COS, CPO, C3P, or other certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; experience with Yardi is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
