Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee apartment communities in Taunton and Middleboro, MA. The role involves directing site office and maintenance staff while ensuring LIHTC compliance.

You will manage occupancy, staffing, budgets, and recertifications, leveraging expertise in resident relations, budget analysis and staff supervision to deliver fiscally responsible, well-maintained properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, federally-assisted housing, and state/local housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Onesite knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple apartment communities and site staff.
