TI Communities is seeking a Property Manager for The Clayson in Palatine, IL. The role leads the onsite team, oversees leasing, renewals, and resident relations to maintain high occupancy and strong service levels.

The position requires experience in multi-family housing, strong financials, and excellent communication. A college degree is preferred, with ARM/CAM designation advantageous.

• Ability to manage leases, renewals, and resident relations.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership, training, and development for the onsite team.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including handling calls, requests, and concerns.
• Drive financial results in line with income and expense goals.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as rent collection and reporting.
• Ensure property condition and curb appeal meet standards.
