8 PM, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio in Los Angeles.

You will manage tenants, owners, and vendors, process leases and rent collection, coordinate maintenance, and handle on-site inspections with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem solving. The role offers growth opportunities, autonomy in a fast-paced environment, and hands-on experience across diverse property types, including short-term rental listings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• 1+ year of property management experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors (phone, email, in-person).
• Process applications, leases, notices, and rent collection.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
• Oversee Airbnb/short-term rental listings, bookings, and guest communication.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
• Conduct on-site visits for inspections and vendor coordination.
• Handle occasional after-hours issues when needed.
