Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with residents in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in leasing processes and prepare lease agreements.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and conduct regular inspections.
