Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a senior property manager to oversee all operational and financial aspects of assigned properties in Texas. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure budgets and compliance are maintained.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with vendors, inventory management, and resolving maintenance requests promptly, while delivering excellent resident services and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist all outside vendors with property issues.
