Job summary

Audacy Washington, D.C. is seeking a bilingual, organized, creative, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Promotions + Experiences team in promotions, contesting and prize fulfillment in the Washington, D.C. area.

This is a full-time position that manages all brand promotions related activity, including but not limited to the following formats: Sports, Spanish, Classic Hits, and Urban. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with the execution of contesting and

Qualifications

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with strong written and spoken skills.
Three years’ experience executing marketing and promotions campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or equivalent experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel for events if required.

Responsibilities

Assist with execution of contesting and promotions on stations in Washington, D.C.
Manage prizing and winner fulfillment process.
Daily translation needed: Spanish/English for Spanish station El Zol.
Coordinate with Sales, Programming, and third-party partners on prize details.
Listener relations and paperwork processing for prize fulfillment.
Collaborate with Programming/Creative to reflect branding in promotions and digital media.
Assist with social media copy and graphic design as needed.
Write material terms for station contests and ensure compliance with rules.
