Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of architecture firm experience managing high-rise and commercial projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit for complex model development.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documents.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of architectural projects.
- Coordinate with clients, in-house staff, and external consultants.
- Develop complex Revit models to support design iterations and coordination.
- Manage construction documents and technical specifications.
- Oversee site meetings and reviews of shop drawings and submittals.
- Ensure compliance with Life Safety, ADA, and FHA codes.
