Job summary

CPH in San Juan, PR is seeking a Project Designer - Site Development to support on-site layout, grading and coordination for large commercial developments. The role requires strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and collaboration with engineers, architects and clients to deliver detailed construction drawings.

You will prepare documents, interpret codes, travel for site investigations, and ensure designs meet project specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Adobe Suite is required.
• Experience with CAD standards and site development drawings.
• Ability to read codes, regulations and client requirements.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
• Interpret codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Develop detailed technical drawings and land development designs.
• Travel for site investigations and record measurements.
• Assist in compiling construction plans for agencies.
