Job summary

Art Heals Arizona seeks a Bilingual Programs Manager to lead trauma-informed, resilience-building arts programs for unaccompanied refugee minors and families in our communities. The role oversees Resilient Roots operations, volunteer engagement, and program delivery at GOYFF/TISUPP grant standards.

The position is grant-funded through the Arizona GOYFF/TISUPP with a starting salary of $58,500, located in Maricopa County with 40% travel to Pima County and surroundings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in youth development, child welfare, or education, or commensurate experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in speaking and writing through an organization-approved language assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead GOYFF/TISUPP grant deliverables and compliance.
• Plan, deliver, and continuously improve services to families affected by trauma.
• Supervise program staff and volunteers, including teaching artists.
• Oversee training, volunteer interviewing, and outreach to sustain programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Resilient Roots and related programs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reports.
