Job summary

IRC's Youth Programs in Phoenix seeks a skilled Youth Program Supervisor to lead operations, supervise staff, manage partnerships, and ensure program integrity in service to immigrant and refugee youth. You will develop goals, monitor outcomes, oversee records, train staff, and collaborate with schools and community partners to deliver high-quality services and sustainable funding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
Minimum three years of experience working with youth and two years of supervisory experience.
Experience with refugee and/or immigrant youth preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills across diverse cultures and perspectives; uphold IRC values.
Bilingual abilities preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

Lead department and program planning in alignment with organizational mission and goals.
Ensure high-quality services that empower youth and support their success in the community.
Research, develop, and implement best practices for positive youth development and academic achievement.
Establish annual and long-term goals in collaboration with leadership and staff.
Ensure compliance with program, donor, contractual, and IRC standards.
Oversee financial, programmatic, and client recordkeeping; use of ETO and ARRPODS systems.
Supervise, coach, and develop Youth Program staff.
Lead staff and volunteer training on education best practices and ELLs.
