Job summary

Horizon Health, Fort Duncan Hospital in Eagle Pass, TX, is seeking a Program Secretary to support the Behavioral Health program on the inpatient unit. This role provides daily administrative support and assists with HR processes, court paperwork, invoices, and scheduling.

The position requires strong organization, attention to compliance, and bilingual Spanish language skills to assist patients, families, and staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and use of an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and prepare correspondence and reports.
• Schedule meetings and greet visitors and patients.
• Coordinate pre/post-employment processes with HR; ensure I-9 and forms are completed.
