Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist older adults with sign-in, calendars, and Center navigation.
Input participant attendance and service data into NYC Aging system; maintain sign-in sheets.
Process invoices and assist with budget tracking and expense management.
Manage daily contributions and maintain accurate records.
Order and maintain office and recreational supplies.
Coordinate meals and meal sign-ins; assist with event setup and cleanup.
Assist with planning and supporting activities for older adults.
Coordinate the food pantry and outreach to promote programs.
