Job summary

Tangent-Technologies,-LL is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver and evaluate manufacturing training on the production floor and in classrooms. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding learners through skill development.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong coaching and presentation skills, and collaboration with Engineering and Human Resources to map individual employee training paths.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency for on-floor and classroom training.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to coach employees with varying experience levels.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver trainings clearly.
• Demonstrated proficiency with manual assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Plan, organize, and conduct employee training on skills and compliance regulations.
• Employee Assessment: Assess and evaluate trainees on skills and competencies.
• Collaboration: Work with Engineering and HR to chart training paths.
• Training Records: Track completion, sign-offs, and progress for HR reporting.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure training complies with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Other Duties: Perform additional related duties as required.
