Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Technical Training Lead in Cayey, PR to design, implement, and manage technical training programs for manufacturing and operations. You will collaborate with SMEs to build curricula, deliver classroom and hands-on sessions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in technical training or workforce development, a BS in a related field (MS preferred), bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience applying adult learning principles in technical training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical training programs for manufacturing, production, quality, and operations personnel.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Create, revise, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and curricula.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training sessions.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and job-specific training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and metrics.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to improve training content.
• Support cross-training and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure programs align with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor qualifications and certifications and track recertification requirements.
• Provide coaching to employees and supervisors on training topics.
• Support continuous improvement via workforce development.
