Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years manufacturing experience.
• 2 years management experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production personnel and quality assurance technicians to meet sales needs.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain safety meetings.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and scheduling.
• Review production schedules and manage raw material inventories.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Oversee staff training and performance appraisals.
