Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a Plant Supervisor to assist the Plant Manager in directing production and QA teams, driving safety, and maintaining quality alignment with ICBO and UBC standards. You will help plan maintenance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

Qualifications include a relevant engineering degree, 5+ years manufacturing experience, and 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and QA technicians to meet production schedules.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed across the plant.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and train staff on maintenance schedules.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor quality meetings to ensure compliance with ICBO/UBC standards.
• Review production schedules and manage raw material inventories.
