Job summary

T E C Industrial Inc in Grapevine, TX is hiring a bilingual Production Line Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse production and packaging areas. You will report to the Production Supervisor and act as on-the-floor leader to keep the line moving, ensure safety and quality, and meet production standards.

You will coordinate daily activities, train and support team members, sign off on completed work, and communicate effectively with the Supervisor and crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production/manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisor role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and packaging operations.
• Coordinate the daily schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Organize, train, and support line workers on the floor.
• Review completed work and process daily paperwork.
• Communicate with Supervisor and team effectively.
• Escalate safety, quality, or specification issues.
