AJR Enterprises, a UFP Technologies company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in St. Charles, IL. The role oversees hourly personnel, plans resources, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time production.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred and sponsorship is not offered. Salary ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 per year with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes resources to ensure organizational and customer goals are met.
• Schedules jobs / work orders to meet customer demands while maximizing departmental efficiency.
• Provides direction and supervision to the hourly workforce to ensure safety, quality, and production goals.
• Completes a variety of safety, production, quality, and performance reports.
• Maintains communication and documentation of changes to production processes and SOPs with the Quality Department.
• Conducts safety trainings and meetings to ensure high levels of communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Excellent problem solving and ability to take initiative.
