Job summary

3Z Brands is seeking a First and Second Shift Bilingual Production Supervisor for our Nashville facility. This role will rotate across production areas on 1st and 2nd shifts to learn processes and drive efficiency.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety and quality, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to optimize manufacturing operations; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to coach, lead and manage multiple teams.
• History of safety.
• Expert knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to learn and improve manufacturing processes.
• Create efficiencies between production areas on first shift.
• Provide assessment of trends and opportunities to department manager.
• Motivate, support and guide production team members.
• Ensure safety and health standards are met to maintain accident-free production.
• Communicate with production and plant manager about issues impacting production.
• Evaluate machines and materials to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
• Balance productivity with cost reduction in operations.
• Align efforts to achieve productivity goals.
• Develop workflow policies to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
