Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience with production planning, controls, and instrumentation.
• Experience with financial planning and tracking budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet manufacturing goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising results, coaching and disciplining staff.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; foster personal growth.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, adjusting variables, and managing resources.
• Schedule and assign personnel; monitor progress; adjust plans to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain quality by enforcing standards and procedures.
• Provide production data by compiling and analyzing performance records; answer questions.
• Create and revise processes; implement changes to improve efficiency and safety.
