Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Indiana is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead and develop a team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep schedules on track, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires a proven track record in fast-paced production environments, bilingual English/Spanish, and hands-on knowledge of Lean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 4 years in manufacturing or production, including at least 1 year in a leadership.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience with production management systems, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
