PrideNow is seeking an Operations Manager in Newark, NJ for a food manufacturing client. Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure production schedules, quality, safety, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires NetSuite and SAP experience, bilingual Spanish, and strong leadership with 5+ years in manufacturing.

Full-time, on-site role with a regular shift and competitive compensation. Must be comfortable in cold environments and manage inventory and KPIs across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in progressively responsible manufacturing roles.
• Experience with NetSuite and SAP.
• Solid understanding of OSHA, USDA, and food safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Train and coach supervisors and management on opportunities and impacts to operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, yield, cost and delivery; take corrective action as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
