Job summary

Nepac USA is seeking an experienced bilingual Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to lead manufacturing operations. You will oversee production scheduling, supervise staff, hire and train, and drive a safe, efficient facility.

You will communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking employees, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and shipping to optimize workflows and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing management or operations experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with production scheduling.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Lead, coach, and supervise production employees.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.
