FlexXray LLC is hiring a Bilingual Line Lead for the Aurora, IL area on the 2nd shift. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and involves monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, and providing team leadership.

Qualified candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. The role requires basic computer skills, readiness to work overtime, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in line rotations and support line leads.
• Review line instructions and communicate run rules to the team.
• Verify equipment cleanliness and defect-free condition before projects.
• Inspect equipment to meet project specifications.
• Set up inspection equipment prior to running projects.
• Verify pallet labels and quantities for each project.
• Complete all required project documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance with FlexXray standards.
• Assist Sr. Line Lead with seed checks when needed.
• Monitor temperature to ensure proper maintained conditions.
• Maintain clean and safe work area, escalate issues as needed.
• Provide timely information to plant leadership before, during, and after projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
