Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 4 years manufacturing or production experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with production management systems and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production performance, identify operational challenges, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous workflow.
• Drive employee development and continuous improvement initiatives through training, performance feedback, and process optimization efforts.
