Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and oversee daily production room operations. You will guide a team, ensure quality, and meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production room operations, maintain efficient workflow and schedules.
• Coach and develop production team members, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to resolve issues and improve processes.
