Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, SCM, or related field.
• 2+ years in procurement/finance operations or related role.
• Mandarin Chinese bilingual required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with procurement, finance, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare and process payment requests in line with internal policies.
• Maintain procurement records and ERP data integrity.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to ensure cost recognition and financial reporting.
• Monitor procurement transactions and drive data quality improvements.
• Support internal audits and enhance procurement controls.
