BTI Solutions, Inc. in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Procurement Manager to own day-to-day procurement operations, work hands-on with staff, and supervise procurement activities while serving as the main contact for existing customers.

You will manage supplier relationships, contract terms, and category buy strategies, reporting to the Branch Manager and driving cost savings through process improvements. This on-site role offers a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing or B2B industrial sales (MRO experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to run operations independently and supervise team members
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Bilingual preferred (English and Korean)
• Passionate, proactive mindset

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day procurement operations hands-on together with general staff: sourcing, RFQ management, customer quotations, purchase order issuance, order expediting, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
• Take full responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of all branch procurement work; step in directly whenever workload or deadlines require.
• Supervise, train, and guide procurement staff; allocate work and review quality of output.
• Report operational status, issues, and key metrics to the Branch Manager regularly, escalating critical matters promptly.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate and complete procurement and supply chain data; prepare internal and external reports as required.
