Job summary

SK AX USA Inc. in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a Procurement Specialist to provide day-to-day administrative and purchasing support on the SK hynix project. You will help keep tasks organized and coordinate with US vendors, project teams, and Korean stakeholders.

This is a support role, not an independent purchasing manager; training will be provided on the job. Proficiency in Korean and English, plus basic Excel skills, are required; prior procurement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken).
• Reliable, proactive and eager to learn; strong follow-through.
• Experience in office administration, purchasing, logistics, or vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement lead with requests, specs, quotes, and documents.
• Prepare RFQs, comparisons, POs, and tracking sheets.
• Track orders, delivery dates, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with US vendors, project teams, and Korean stakeholders.
