Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required; communicate fluently and professionally in both languages.
• 2+ years of experience handling pre-suit personal injury cases.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, insurance claims, and medical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• High level of attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Dependable, proactive, and professional in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 75+ pre-suit personal injury files.
• Request medical records, insurance limits, and compile medical bill summaries.
• Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with confidential issues.
• Prepare closing statements and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Conduct and maintain positive interactions with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• Manage communications to keep cases on track.
• Maintain updated notes and documentation in the case management system.
• Uphold high standards of organization, accountability, and client care.
