Qualifications

• Pre-suit Personal Injury Paralegal and Case Management with 5+ years of experience.
• Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).
• Must live in South Florida.
• Must be experienced with MS Office.
• Experienced in handling a high caseload.
• Legal research and legal document drafting experience are critical.
• Professional communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated.
• Proficient in word processing and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Must be proactive and driven to close tasks and activities.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Advise attorneys with cost- and time-effective recommendations to accomplish the client’s goals.
• Able to examine legal documents to ensure all legal requirements have been met.
• Interface with staff, attorneys, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s caseload, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Knowledge of drawing up legal documents for attorney review.
• Support attorneys with all aspects of case management, including billing, docketing deadlines, medical records, and reminders as needed.
