The role requires 2+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation, strong drafting and organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with attorneys and clients on complex matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Experience drafting legal documents and managing litigation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases, coordinating deadlines, documentation, and case progress.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement demands, representation letters, and other legal correspondence.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, court filings, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, attorneys, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate case files, organize medical records, and track litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Provide reliable, detail-oriented support throughout the litigation process.
