Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks a Preschool Teacher to promote school readiness for children aged 0-5 in the ECD program. You will provide high‑quality developmentally appropriate care in a center-based classroom and work with an interdisciplinary team to support children and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Child Development/ECE; USA-equivalency evaluated if degree earned outside USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development/ECE or related field.
• Relevant coursework aligned with early education and development.

Responsibilities

• Promotes school readiness and supports families for school success.
• Works as part of a center-based interdisciplinary team to support child development.
• Ensures health and safety regulations and supervise children by sight and sound.
