Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 3–5 years of relevant classroom experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA with Preschool Endorsement preferred.
• Solid knowledge of child development principles and instructional strategies.
• Working knowledge of MSDE regulations.
• Warm, friendly, unflappable demeanor; strong written and verbal communication.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities using PLAN curriculum with English-Spanish instruction.
• Build strong bonds with students and families.
• Own classroom management for a positive learning environment.
