Sunny Glen Children’s Home is seeking a Lead Teacher to oversee school operations and provide strong leadership to teachers and staff under the supervision of the facility's Assistant Program Director. Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Education: minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Current state teaching certification required.
• ESL Certification required.
• Experience: at least two years supervising teachers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage school operations and staff under supervision of Program Director.
• Ensure staff meet program goals and curriculum requirements.
• Provide instructional leadership and feedback to staff.
• Mentor new facilitators per Coaching/Mentorship model.
• Integrate Sunny Glen polices and ORR guidelines.
• Guide student leaders and address concerns from students and admins.
• Model effective instructional strategies and blended classroom approaches.
