Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or at least four years of direct experience.
• Written and Oral fluency in Spanish or Amharic required.
• Experience with HIV testing and counseling preferred.
• Excellent customer service and HIPAA-compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide PrEP education and guidance to clients at high risk for HIV.
• Conduct HIV, STD, and general health education in individual and group settings.
• Educate patients referred for PrEP and facilitate PrEP appointments.
• Coordinate referrals and navigation across departments for insurance and benefits.
