Job summary

The Nagler Group seeks a bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal in Springfield, MA to support a busy personal injury practice. You will communicate with clients by phone, Zoom, and in person, and assist with intake and case management in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Spanish/English fluency, an undergraduate degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. Training is available; prior paralegal or legal experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients by phone, Zoom, and eventually in person
• Manage calls through a multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments and identify potential conflicts of interest
• Conduct client intakes by phone, Zoom, and eventually in person
• Maintain accurate information in a cloud-based case management system
• Keep track of details and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Learn new laws, procedures, and processes quickly
• Follow established policies and procedures
• Handle unexpected situations with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Work closely with the team while treating clients and coworkers with respect and integrity
