Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal in western Massachusetts. This direct-hire role pays $20–$25/hr DOE and requires Spanish/English bilingual proficiency.

You will interact with clients and visitors, help keep the office and client experience running smoothly, and support the Personal Injury practice. You’ll join a busy, fast-paced legal team focused on building experience in personal injury law.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage calls through a multi-line phone system

• Conduct client intakes by phone, Zoom, and eventually in person
• Maintain accurate information in a cloud-based case management system
• Keep track of details and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Learn new laws, procedures, and processes quickly
• Follow established policies and procedures
• Handle unexpected situations with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Work closely with the team while treating clients and coworkers with respect and integrity
