Law Firm seeks an experienced pre-litigation personal injury legal assistant. Responsibilities include opening files, drafting demands, negotiating medical bills and liens, speaking with insurance adjusters and clients. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and handle a heavy case load. Time Matters experience a plus, but not required. Applicant must be organized, have strong written and verbal communication skills, typing skills, be a self starter, professional, highly motivated and fast learner. Pre-litigation experience preferred. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Looking for someone who is willing to grow in the position, has a positive attitude, can work independently and as part of a team.
