Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, sociology, or related
• 2-5 years of pre-litigation case management experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent telephone customer service etiquette and active listening
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• CASEpeer/Filevine experience a plus
• Team-oriented and independently capable

Responsibilities

• Create relationships with clients and guide them from intake to settlement
• Monitor cases by verifying client attendance and communicating treatments
• Maintain client records by reviewing case notes and progress
• Communicate client progress through weekly interdisciplinary meetings
• Request medical records and manage government claim forms
• Draft letters of representation and preservation of evidence
• Ensure client file is complete for demand and potential litigation
• Maintain client confidentiality throughout the process
