Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a personal injury pre-lit case manager.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 60+ cases.
• Open insurance claims and send letters of representation.
• Obtain evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, and photographs.
• Collect medical records and bills.
• Schedule and monitor client’s medical treatments.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients.
• Scan and save case files; oversee the case manager assistant.
• Assist the intake specialist to evaluate intakes and sign new clients.
